Task-Based Learning

  • Participants are assigned real-world tasks and projects related to the modules.
  • Tasks could range from drafting a basic HR policy, creating a simple marketing campaign, to managing a small project.

Self-Directed Learning

  • Encourage participants to explore resources (articles, videos, tutorials) on their own to complete tasks.
  • Provide a list of recommended resources at the start of each module.

Mentorship & Support

  • Assign a line manager or mentor for each participant.
  • Line managers provide feedback, answer questions, and offer guidance when participants encouter challenges.
  • Regular check-ins (weekly oe bi-weekly) to ensure participants stay on track and are progressing.
