- Participants are assigned real-world tasks and projects related to the modules.
- Tasks could range from drafting a basic HR policy, creating a simple marketing campaign, to managing a small project.
Self-Directed Learning
- Encourage participants to explore resources (articles, videos, tutorials) on their own to complete tasks.
- Provide a list of recommended resources at the start of each module.
Mentorship & Support
- Assign a line manager or mentor for each participant.
- Line managers provide feedback, answer questions, and offer guidance when participants encouter challenges.
- Regular check-ins (weekly oe bi-weekly) to ensure participants stay on track and are progressing.
