Task-Based
Learning
Participants are randomly assigned real-word tasks across various disciplines – such as drafting HR policies, creating marketing campaigns, or managing projects. This setup promotes adaptability, self-reliance, and proactive learning, empowering participants to build confidence and resourcefulness in a professional environment.
Self-Driven
Learning Environment
Participants will tackle tasks across various disciplines – administration, HR, IT, management, and marketing – assigned randomly to push them out of their comfort zones. This setup fosters adaptability, self-reliance, and proactive learning, with participants expected to manage their progress and seek guidance when needed, ultimately building confidence and resourcefulness in a professional setting.
Mentorship and
Support
Participants will be assigned line managers, each of whom will provide feedback, answer questions, and offer guidance. Regular check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly) will be scheduled to ensure participants stay on track and are progressing.
