These terms apply to use of the public Digital Sage website. They do not replace a quotation, proposal, statement of work, order form, retainer agreement, supplier agreement or other signed commercial terms. If separate agreed terms conflict with these website terms for a client project, the agreed project terms take priority for that project.

We try to keep website information useful and current, but service descriptions, availability, package examples, timelines, examples, prices and results may change. A service is only confirmed once scope, timing, price and any required terms are agreed in writing.
